Return & Exchange policy

Diaper cakes are handmade from scratch for each customer.  Returns or exchanges are only offered for cakes that are damaged. Damage is defined as a cake falling apart during transport.  If this occurs please allow 48 hours after the cake is returned for a refund or reconstruction of your cake.  I would like to hear from you within 4 days of receiving your cake.  Absolutely No Refunds or Exchanges Will Be Granted for Cakes That Have Been Unwrapped, Opened, Rewrapped or Otherwise Tampered With......

As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers:

Name Shipping/Billing Address ,Email address, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information

How That Information Is Used:

We use a secure credit card processor to process all payments. My account is through PayPal and we never see your sensitive credit card information. The only information we are provided is your address and any notes you include with your payment. Each credit card transaction is completely secure so you can take comfort in knowing your information stays confidential.

Your personal information is never shared with any other businesses or individuals. You will not receive any emails not related to your specific purchase. You will not be contacted, unnecessarily, by us or anyone else as a result of your transactions with Babe Dumplings. We respect our clients and we will do everything to keep their personal information safe and secure.
